Both PVC and silicone patches are flexible and durable, but they have some key differences:

• PVC: Thicker, more rigid, can have finer details in the design. PVC patches require heat sealing from the back.
• Silicone: Softer, more flexible, and has a smooth, rubbery feel. Silicone patches are easier to apply, as they can be heat-sealed directly onto the fabric.

You can have up to 9 colors.

Our PVC patches range from ½ inch to 8 inches wide.

1. Send us your artwork.
2. We’ll create a mock-up of your PVC patch for you to review.
3. You can request changes or approve the design.
4. Once approved, we’ll make a sample.
5. After you approve the sample, we’ll produce and ship your order.
