Order process system

Once you have reviewed our different patch types , chosen an appropriate size  and decided which patch backing you want , it is finally time to place your order. We have kept our order process quick, convenient and simple. This acts as a reflection of our award winning digitizing (turning your artwork designs into perfect files) technique and production process. After over a decade of experience, we pride ourselves as being a pioneer in the digitizing industry. While using high quality machines, our goal is to ensure perfection and a timely turnaround time. Here is our guide to help you navigate through our order process system:

The first step is to place your order online. You have the choice to either use our quote form found on our website, or directly message us with all the required details of the order you wish to place. Once it has been entered in our system, we will immediately start working on it. Our average turnaround time is two weeks, however you can ask for a rush order and receive your patches even sooner.

Next, we ensure perfection by making sure your patches look exactly as you would like them to. Before producing your full order, we first create a sample patch to show you. After receiving a picture of this sample you are free to request as many revisions (without any additional cost) as you’d like.

Once your patches have gone through their sample stage and have been approved, they are almost ready. This step is the production step. Here, we begin producing the rest of your orders patches in the full amount. At this point if you have placed a rush order, we guarantee that your production is prioritized and readied as soon as possible.

The final step is the most exciting: delivery. After the production process is complete, we perform a rigorous Quality Control Check, to confirm that all your patches are of the highest quality. From there, we ship the patches directly to your doorstep
